Great city(!) campsite. Super friendly employees! Access road is now paved. We stayed 3 nights and went by bike, via cycle path, and bus (50 cents) to the center (both half an hour). Taxi back: 4 euros. Arranging everything online is very easy; you activate what you need yourself. However, the server went down when we were there and then nothing works anymore. Was fixed quickly. Terrain neat, camper spots spacious, sanitary top, environment ugly.

The camping might be high tech, but the customer service felt like we are back in 90s. The location is far from the center, surrounded by construction. Very small pool, which was not even working when we were there. When we tried to have refund for our second night there due to the extreme heat in Plovdiv and dirty swimming pool, the lady at reception tried to explain that the pool is like a natural river, so we can’t expect it to look otherwise
