Campaign terms and conditions Campercontact Awards 2023

General

1. The Campercontact Awards 2023 (hereafter: "the campaign") is organised by Campercontact.
2. The action aims to reward the most popular motorhome sites on Campercontact with the title 'Motorhome site of the year 2023' or 'Campsite of the year 2023'.
3. The campaign runs until 9 April 2023 (hereafter: "campaign period").
4. By participating in the campaign, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

Participation

1. Participation in the campaign is open to anyone in possession of a valid e-mail address.
2. Participants can vote for nominated sites in six participating countries in the categories: motorhome sites and campsites.
3. The nominated sites have been selected according to the highest average visitor ratings in 2022. Sites must have received a minimum of 15 unique reviews in the year 2022.
4. Participants can vote for one location per participating country per category.
5. Participants must confirm their vote by email to prevent voting fraud.
6. Employees of Campercontact and their immediate family members are excluded from participating.

Prize

1. Participants have a chance to win a Dometic CFX3 35 portable compressor cooler worth €799.
2. The winner will be chosen at random from all participants who have cast their vote and confirmed it by e-mail.
3. The winner will be notified by email.
4. Campercontact will not accept any correspondence about the results.

Liability

1. Campercontact is not liable for any damages resulting from participation in the promotion.

Other

1. Dutch law applies to this campaign.
2. Any disputes arising from or connected with these action terms and conditions or the campaign will be submitted to a competent court.
3. Campercontact reserves the right to exclude participants from participating in the Campercontact Awards 2023 if they violate these campaign conditions or in any other way fraudulently try to vote or influence the voting process.
4. Campercontact reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the promotion at any time, without any liability for Campercontact. In that case Campercontact will notify participants via the website campercontact.com.
