Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given clear explanations about all facilities and activities. An added bonus is that we could do our laundry for free, as the washing machine runs on solar power. Sandwiches can be ordered and there is a restaurant with a small menu. The pizzas are very delicious, but the tapas and paella are definitely worth trying too. We would love to come back again.' - OnSzin

'Great friendly hostess and a wonderful motorhome stopover, also serving as a small campsite for tents. All facilities are available if you need them. A bike ride to Nybørg is defenitely worth it. In the evening we enjoyed a walk from the back of the motorhome stopover to the busy road. If you turn left and then take the first road left again, after about 2 km, you will pass an idyllically located B&B. We have rarely seen something so beautiful.' - smitties

'Great camping! Everything was incredibly perfect: the setting (we were on an English lawn, with grass that looked like a carpet), the bathrooms (including outdoor showers), the facilities. The whole campsite is full of flowers, the atmosphere is fantastic and the staff is very friendly. The train station to Copenhagen is 15 minutes away (45 minutes travel time), but the centre of Hillerød is also worth a visit.' - Rick61

'Beautiful campsite, very clean and spacious showers and toilets. There is a pizza baker on Sundays and fresh bread rolls are available every day. You can buy wine from the region. By bike, you can easily reach a few nearby villages via the cycle path. Very quiet cycling, we didn't try the train. If you take your dog, bear in mind that it must be muzzled on the train. This campsite is definitely recommended. We stayed for two nights because we were just passing through.' - Sarina&Henk
