Article 1 — Organiser

Hereinafter referred to as: "the Organiser".
Article 2 — The Promotion
The World Cup Promotion 2026 (hereinafter: "the Promotion") is a limited-time promotional campaign in which participants can predict the winner of the 2026 FIFA World Cup and win prizes.

Article 3 — Participation
3.1 Requirements
Participation in the Promotion is only open to persons who:
Employees of Campercontact B.V. and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
3.2 How to participate
Participation is possible in two ways:
Option A — With PRO+ subscription
Option B — Without purchase (free entry)
Free entry via Option B entitles the participant to take part in the same draw as entry via Option A.
One entry per person (e-mail address) is permitted, regardless of the chosen option. A prediction may be changed until the end of the group stage on 27 June 2026.
Article 4 — Duration
The Promotion runs from 14 June 2026 until 27 June 2026 inclusive (end of the 2026 World Cup group stage). After this date, entry is no longer possible and predictions can no longer be changed. The draw will take place after the 2026 World Cup Final on 19 July 2026, no later than 31 July 2026.
Article 5 — Prizes
The following prizes will be drawn among all participants with the correct prediction:
A total of 16 winners will be drawn. Each winner is entitled to one prize. One person cannot win multiple prizes. The order of the draw determines which winner receives which prize, in the order listed above.
If the number of participants with the correct prediction is fewer than 16, prizes will only be awarded to participants with the correct prediction. Unawarded prizes revert to the Organiser, unless the Organiser decides to distribute them in another manner.
If no participant has correctly predicted the winning country, the Organiser reserves the right to distribute the prizes in a manner of its choosing or not to award them at all.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
Article 6 — Winners and draw
After the 2026 World Cup Final on 19 July 2026, a draw will be held among all participants with the correct prediction. Winners will be announced no later than 31 July 2026 via:
Winners must respond to the winner notification within 14 days of announcement. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Organiser may select a new winner.
Article 7 — Awarding and conditions of prizes
7.1 Camper weekend
The winner of the camper weekend will receive a contribution of up to €150 towards two overnight stays. To claim this prize, the winner must:
Upon receipt of proof of booking, the Organiser will transfer the relevant amount, up to a maximum of €150, directly to the winner. The winner is responsible for placing the booking in good time. No cash or alternative compensation will be paid if no booking is made via Campercontact or if the booking is not placed within the stipulated period.
7.2 Physical prizes
The physical prizes (Garmin navigation system and Campercontact travel bag) will be sent by the Organiser to the address provided by the winner. Shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is free of charge for the winner. For shipping to other EEA countries or the United Kingdom, the Organiser will cover standard shipping costs up to a maximum of €25; any additional costs will be borne by the winner, or the Organiser may offer an alternative arrangement.
For the delivery of physical prizes, the Organiser may engage external delivery services. These parties act as processors within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR (or Art. 28 UK GDPR for winners resident in the United Kingdom) and process personal data of winners (name and address) solely for the purpose of delivery, on the basis of a data processing agreement concluded with the Organiser.
7.3 Lifetime PRO+
The Lifetime PRO+ prize grants the winner access to all PRO+ benefits of Campercontact for the duration of the PRO+ service. If the PRO+ service is discontinued for any reason, the entitlement to further provision ceases. The winner shall have no right to compensation or a substitute reward in that event. The Organiser will inform the winner in good time in the event of discontinuation of the service.
Article 8 — Personal data
The Organiser processes the personal data of participants (name and e-mail address) solely for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and contacting winners. The legal basis for processing is the performance of the promotional campaign as a contract within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (respectively Art. 6(1)(b) UK GDPR for participants resident in the United Kingdom). Personal data will be retained no longer than necessary for the conduct of the Promotion and will be deleted no later than three months after the conclusion of the Promotion, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
Data will not be disclosed to third parties unless this is necessary for the conduct of the Promotion (e.g. delivery of prizes via external processors who comply with the requirements of the GDPR or UK GDPR). For participants resident in the United Kingdom, the provisions of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply in addition.

Article 9 — Liability
The Organiser is not liable for:
Participation is at the participant's own risk. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion if circumstances require, without being liable for any resulting damage. Any changes will be announced in good time on the promotion page.
Article 10 — Miscellaneous
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. For participants acting as consumers, the foregoing is without prejudice to any protection afforded to them under the mandatory consumer protection law of their country of residence, including for UK consumers the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
These terms and conditions have been drawn up in Dutch. In the event of translations, the Dutch version shall prevail in the event of any difference in interpretation.
By participating in the Promotion, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most current version is always available on the promotion page.
