Since you purchased your Campercontact PRO subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you can upgrade to PRO+ directly through your device's store. Below you will find step-by-step how to upgrade your subscription to PRO+
For Apple App Store users:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen to open your Apple ID settings.
- Go to 'Subscriptions'. You may find this option under 'iTunes & App Store' or directly in the main menu, depending on your iOS version.
- Find your Campercontact PRO subscription in the list and tap it.
- Here you can upgrade your subscription; follow the on-screen instructions to take out a PRO+ annual subscription. the remaining amount of your current PRO subscription will be refunded to you automatically.
For Google Play Store users:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
- Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) at the top left of the screen, and select 'Subscriptions'.
- Search for your Campercontact PRO subscription in the list and tap it.
- Here you can upgrade your subscription; follow the on-screen instructions to take out a PRO+ annual subscription. the remaining amount of your current PRO subscription will be automatically refunded to you.
