Henne Strand Resort

We stayed here for four nights last week with a campervan, two people, a dog, and a chosen pitch. Seniors' package. €45 per night. We had a wonderful time despite the less-than-perfect weather. Swimming, a steam room, and three saunas were available every morning. A short walk to the beach and beautiful cycling routes. I can imagine you wouldn't book here for just one night. It's pricey. But for a few days, you can't imagine a better place.

Nice, clean campsite. A really nice indoor playground for younger children. The facilities were clean. The pool is okay. The changing room isn't geared towards families with young children because there's no changing mat or table for babies. And you can't put the baby somewhere where the floor is dry to get dressed yourself. There are only men's and women's changing rooms. That was my only drawback.

PRICE: €64.40 for a comfort pitch + 2 adults + 1 dog per night including 10 kWh per day. Additional consumption will be billed afterward. All activities are charged separately (swimming pool, mini golf, sauna, etc.). We were aware of the costs and wanted to treat ourselves. The guaranteed pitch is an additional charge (€38 per booking). So, we weren't with the group, but at the other end of the campsite. Once and never again.
