The parking lot costs 3 euros according to sign. But you have to pay that complicated (and in Estonian) by text message. I did not succeed but in the restaurant they said you don't have to pay. Maybe foreigners don't niet. Beach nearby but the place above Loksa is much more beautiful. But yes, no restaurant .....

Peaceful public parking for restaurant O Kõrts. Beach 100m. Friendly restaurant manager. Good and not expensive food. // foot path along beach. In late April, very quiet. Work is underway to redesign beach plus parking. In summer the population seems to double.
