Camping Le Grand Calme

A very nice campsite with a friendly owner, clean sanitary facilities, and wonderfully quiet in September. A babbling brook runs through the campsite. We thought the bakery, pizzeria, and supermarket within walking distance were really great!

In every respect a wonderfully nice campsite. Quiet, pick your own spot. Information about the surroundings, an old, somewhat dated shower, and just a little further on a new building with excellent, clean facilities. We will definitely be back here!

Beautifully situated, close to the lift to the high-altitude hiking/skiing area of Alpes d'Huez. Spacious pitches, clean sanitary facilities. Shops and restaurants within walking distance, and surroundings to die for. Plenty of cycling and (including challenging) hiking opportunities. Absolutely fantastic!
