This is a great stop-over before going France to Italy. quiet at beginning of June. Lovely walking over Devils bridge to the forts. Spectacular gorge. no facilities but free.

Just a parking lot, but super fun activities! museum in the fort, other forts within walking distance, a bridge over the gorge a 10-minute walk, climbing forest, picnic benches

this place is closed from 14th to 19th September. camping Modane a nice alternative. 22€ with electricity 2 pers.
