Camping du Lion

Too bad the French don't let you take a short ride. Everything closed until 3:30 and no one to be seen.

campsite with large pitches for campers. a lot shady places. small but clean swimming pool for cooling. Basic sanitary facilities, but we don't use them anyway. rest area is very basic. separate rinsing and drinking water would be recommended. staff very friendly and helpful. restaurant simple but okay. We don't care about karaoke night, but we were far enough away not to be bothered by it.

Beautiful campsite in a beautiful forest. Large pitches and lots of shade. Very friendly and helpful reception. There is a nice restaurant on the campsite where you can eat very well. Toilet facilities are fine and clean. Beautiful town at 2 km with many restaurants and a supermarket. Next to the campsite is the beautiful Via-Rhona cycle route ... especially in a northerly direction.
