A nice place to plan a free overnight stop on the way south or back. Quiet at night and you can also take a walk in a beautiful area. Recommended for the purpose described

We've been here quite a few times. We've also visited the bird park. The park is really good. It's nice and quiet here at night.

Ideal for an overnight stay, have stood here many times and have never been asked for a ticket, quiet in the back area, garbage cans available

note: a one-time stay, but only if you are in possession of a valid ticket for the bird - nice clean place along the water [etang Turlet] - fence close of 22-6u - located directly on the N83, just past Villars les Dombes southbound [not the quietest place]
