Camping-car Park de Villefranche-sur-Saône

What a lovely place to stop for a bit while passing through. Many thanks to Camper Contact… good organization, always clear, easy to check in and out with the app. We have been members for years. It is great that there are 2 service points for so many campers. You can enjoy beautiful walks and bike rides along the Saône.

For us, this is one of the best stopovers when traveling with a motorcycle trailer 👍 Checking in via the Camping-Car Park app works perfectly here. Since our campervan is 100% self-sufficient, we can't comment on other amenities like sanitary facilities, electricity, etc. However, I don't understand some of the comments. If €16 is too much to spend the night in such a quiet, beautiful setting, then they should just stay at a rest stop.

Quite a large and beautifully situated campsite. In the off-season there are no sanitary facilities (the building does not look well-maintained, by the way), but there is electricity. Fine for a stopover, but the nearby restaurants are closed.
