Camping-car Park de Villefranche sur Saone

What a mess at the camper site! Campers arrive until 1:00 AM. It's a muddy mess and the campers' behavior is incomprehensible. They just dump their things in the grass, and put toilets where they shouldn't. Never experienced this before. Never again.

When you arrive, you pay €20 instead of €15.80. The cost of the pass? Throw it away? Nothing turned out to be open. No toilets or showers. Great! I didn't read it properly and assumed it would be. No restaurant nearby on Sundays. I'm disappointed. With so many campers, something open would be nice...

The campsite is beautiful and situated right on the Saône River. You can choose your own pitches. Supermarkets are a reasonable distance away. Electricity is included, and dogs are free. You can get a campervan park card at the check-in kiosk. Enjoy lovely walks along the water and around the campsite.
