We stayed here for 2 nights. Electricity price is exorbitantly high...€5.50/day. We paid €19.80/night incl. electricity. This campsite may be more expensive, but it has excellent sanitary facilities and especially hot showers. The camper place next to it is with Pass-Etappe and costs €14. So it's a matter of consideration...

Very nice campsite, spacious pitches. good sanitary facilities. Walking distance to Amboise center is about a 15" walk, a nice path along the Loire and with a view of the (illuminated) castle. The village has a lot to offer and has plenty of restaurants. A tip: lock your bike with an extra padlock. or to each other or to the camper. When we were there, several bicycles were stolen.
