Perfect, just like a CP should be: free, conveniently located near a beautiful castle, a bakery, and shops around the corner, free electricity and garbage disposal. They should do more in the Netherlands; local businesses benefit too.

Beautiful campsite, but in the sun. Enjoy cycling along the Cher River or walking in the forest on the other side.

Great place, well organised here. If it is full, there is a large parking lot where you can always go. By bike to Chenonceaux, cycle path is on the other side of the river, so first cross the bridge at Le Port (on this side only possible with cycle map). Excellent bakery, who also sells a bottle of wine (same price as the cave).
