Camping Municipal Chalons-en-Campagne

warning processionary caterpillars spotted here now ( early March). Otherwise a good site, useful location when not much else is open. attractive green site that I usually enjoy walking my dog around , but not this time.

What a pleasant surprise! The only campsite in northern/central France open from March 2nd. A very friendly welcome and a discount because the hot water wasn't working today but would be fixed tomorrow! Fantastic! Beautiful, spacious pitches. An outdated but clean restroom. A dedicated baby shower. A recreation room with a TV and a football game. We'll be back!

All showers are cold, and this wasn't mentioned upon arrival! We came here just for a nice shower; otherwise, we would have just parked the campervan.
