Camping Municipal Epernay

A campsite on the banks of a branch of the Marne River. Close to the town center yet with minimal traffic noise. A very friendly welcome, spacious pitches (over 10 meters wide) nestled between hedges for privacy. Sanitary facilities are very clean, but there's no toilet paper. Beware of the geese: they consider the campsite their own and don't hesitate to make that clear.

We don't quite understand many of the negative reviews. We stayed here for a weekend and were very satisfied. Friendly staff, a great location, and excellent toilet and shower facilities. If anyone had a comment, it would be that the waste disposal facility is quite far away, outside the campsite. Otherwise, it's just fine! And the toilet is nearby!
