Domaine de Royeres

A very pleasant farm campsite with a friendly welcome from hostess Odillia. We unfortunately didn't get to admire the surroundings, but according to her, it's the hilly landscape of Limburg and the cozy atmosphere of Drenthe. The campsite is right next to a meadow with black-headed sheep. Just pitch your tent somewhere, and on the way to the restrooms, you'll be greeted by two pigs. (Nice showers!). After sunset, it's deafeningly quiet. What peace and quiet.

Lovely camping with our campervan. Very friendly welcome by Rik and Odillia, an incredibly beautiful spot. Enjoyed the company of the Limousins and Suffolks. The two pigs looked at us gratefully when we brought the leftovers.
