Camping Municipal Cantal

A simple and well-maintained municipal campsite. A small village nearby. Two restaurants and a grocery store. A 5-star rating for the tranquility and beautiful surroundings perfect for hiking, cycling, and driving.

Very beautiful surroundings, but difficult to reach due to narrow roads. The campsite is located on a river. Sanitary facilities are dated but manageable. The campsite manager is only present in the morning between 8 and 9. We spent approximately 35 euros for 2 nights including electricity.

Excellent campsite for transit with a freely accessible service area. The Dutch-speaking manager is 4-lingual and comes twice a day and if you want to leave during his absence, you can pay by putting the amount in an envelope and putting it in a letterbox on the spot. On the south side of the campsite is a passage to a sandy beach on the beautiful Célé. A larger beach is a little way downstream.
