La Venise de l'Ouest

This quiet, family-friendly campsite is a 15-minute walk from a medieval town and its shops, and a 1-minute walk from a 45-hectare leisure park. The park includes forests, hiking trails, a river, and a lake with supervised swimming in July and August. A picnic area, playground, and outdoor activities await you: swimming, kayaking, sailing, paddleboarding, pedal boats, fishing, and cycling. It also features sports fields, a skatepark, and BMX tracks. On-site amenities include a playground, pétanque courts, a barbecue, and a ping-pong table. Green and peaceful, yet close to town, the campsite is just a stone's throw from the canals of the "Little Venice of the West." Photo credit: D. Grigné & P. Beltrami
