Parking Staufen-Grunern

On the way to Switzerland, I made a stopover; a quiet, free campervan site (camping is prohibited!), but it's too far from the city center in winter. Still little to no parking for campervans in the city center/near the station. During construction on the mixed parking lot, there is no alternative parking, and bus parking is subject to a fine! The municipality prefers to encourage guests to use public transport. I continued on to Waldkirch.

Nice place for a stopover. It's quiet at night, but thanks to the streetlights, you're not in complete darkness. We felt comfortable. Many thanks to the municipality!

Free camper spot, without facilities 2 km from the historic town Be careful; do not park your camper in the town because it is not clearly indicated where you can park your camper. There is not enough space and you will get a fine if you unsuspectingly park on a bus parking lot (has this been a business model for years?)
