Camping Sandbank

Terraced campsite with a beautiful view. Sanitary facilities are top-notch, BUT: narrow paths to get to your pitch that are very small. No possibility to put out an awning. Very steep stairs that also have uneven steps and vary in height. Life-threatening!

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There were some issues with payment during booking (for whatever reason). An email inquiry was promptly answered, and the booking was eventually finalized. It's a terraced pitch, and yes, it's a bit tight, but anyone who can handle their vehicle won't have any problems. The view is lovely. The sanitary facilities are excellent – new and very clean. The price started at €51 per night.

The campsite has a beautiful view of the lake. The sanitary facilities are modern. The access road to the pitches is partly very steep and extremely narrow. The campsite itself is very cramped and more reminiscent of a World Cup campervan site. With a 7.5-meter motorhome, you should be quite experienced. I had to reverse into my pitch and only had about 10 cm of space on the right to get past the parked vehicle. On the left, I grazed the hedge. I won't be coming back.
