As far as we are concerned, it is a parking lot to go for a walk. There is nothing to indicate that you are supposed to spend the night there. 0 amenities, no sign with motorhome., but probably no one who makes a fuss about it if you are there overnight.
At this moment (October 2019) a campsite is being built at this place and there is now no motorhome. We wanted to visit the Baumgipfelpad. You are not allowed to spend the night at the parking places there. We have moved to the motorhome in Grafenau.
No facilities but a great little stop over. Super handy for the nature walks and canopy walk nearby. Very quiet at night, no facilities except for a couple of bins.
