Camping Ampersee

Great campsite for a stopover. A bit pricey though; we paid €42 for two people and a dog for one night. Hot water in the shower is €1 for four minutes. The restrooms are otherwise excellent and clean. The campsite is next to Autobahn 8, which you can hear at night. The bread service was no longer available in September. We were able to walk around the lake with the dog. There's a restaurant next to the campsite, and the food was excellent.

Super friendly welcome. We could choose where we wanted to park. Bread roll service. A very scenic bike route to Dachau. The former concentration camp is easily accessible by bike.

A campsite with very small pitches. Perfect for a stopover, with clean restrooms. €1 for a 4-minute shower. There's a restaurant. Bread service, €40.00 per night with electricity. The highway is quite audible. It's a 50-minute bike ride to Dachau concentration camp.
