Naturcamping Pappenheim

The price of a camper is €15 plus €7 per person. Electricity is €3. Great location.

We were here at the end of April/beginning of May 2025. Since this year there is a new enthusiastic tenant who does everything to modernize this campsite. We were very warmly welcomed. The sanitary building has been brought to the latest state. As good as ready inside. The places are very spacious. The campsite is beautifully situated directly on the Altmuhl. 400 meters from the town. In short: a great place. We would love to come back here.

Campsite on a river where you can paddle and canoe. The site is flat but mainly in the sun. The sanitary facilities are clean but very outdated. The manager will stop this year. Mowing the lawn doesn't seem to happen anymore... Pappenheim itself is not that special. There is a swimming pool and supermarket. Beautiful cycling routes to places in the area.
