We spent a few wonderful days here, and cycled along the Danube/Altmünster Canal. The restrooms were open during the day.

We stayed at this beautiful site for five days. It's not divided into lots and is very spacious, making it ideal for larger boats. It's beautifully situated on the river and at the foot of the castles. It's a great starting point for all sorts of excursions, and at €11, it's not expensive. Water and electricity are easily accessible by car. The old town with its various lovely restaurants, cafés, and ice cream parlors is just a few meters away. We didn't use the restrooms.

Always visited by a few motorhomes but enough free spaces - Altmühl cycle path recommended

Located on the Main-Danube Canal - beautiful view - generous pitches - more information via website - public toilet block and the center 300 m on the other side of the bridge.
