Campingplatz Affolderner See

A very nice, well-maintained campsite with many permanent campers. Clean, well-maintained restrooms with a sauna and two playgrounds for children, located directly on the Eder River. Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed from mid-October to mid-March. Blackwater and showers cost extra, but electricity is included. We paid €33.50 per night for a pitch with two adults.

Great little campsite, super clean, including the restrooms. The site is lovingly designed and invites you to linger. The owners are incredibly friendly, the food is truly delicious, and the bread roll service is a great way to avoid having to head out on your bike first thing in the morning. We'll definitely be back!
