Quiet place to spend the night. Very nice to visit the tower including slide. There are also 2 imbissen and 2 restaurants.

Just a parking lot for passing through. Spent one night here; otherwise, there are plenty of campsites and RV sites nearby.

It's a spacious parking, no infrastructure. But I do not care for such anyway. It's not crowded at all and in the mid of nature. Perfect for biking and hiking the Harz. could get a bit windy on top of the Torfhaus.
