Campingplatz Neuharlingersiel

this weekend, at the end of the school holidays on spot 642. great spot on grass dunes between permanent pitches where almost nobody was, nice and quiet. to be able to take a place you do not have to go to the reception but you can go directly to the cash machine next to the reception. This is for both arrival and departure. you can choose from 3 languages including nld. After paying you have to wait a while for the camping pass with possibly a credit.

The new pitches on the northern part towards the harbor are very good, of course the trees are still small and therefore there is little shade, there is a power connection at every pitch, grey water has to be carried to the guardhouse. The washhouse is lovingly designed and very well maintained. Compliments to the spa administration who builds and manages the new pitches, a stroke of luck for the community of Neuharlingersiel

We spent 14 days at this campsite. Despite the storms, rain and sunshine, it was a lovely holiday. The sanitary facilities are very clean, the dike pitches are very uneven but you can easily correct them with wedges. There are lots of shops, restaurants and the tourist information office all around. At the end of the site there is a very large and clean playground. Unfortunately, there was nothing in the current holiday programme for children over 10 years.
