Huge, chaotic parking lot, packed with cars, which we couldn't even get into. No signs indicating camper van facilities.

This refers to the parking space a few meters further away in the Marina Sassnitz (city harbor) where the price is €24

I don't know what Toon55 means, but this is a large parking lot without camper facilities. looked and drove on.
