A great spot, by the way. A beautiful city to visit, especially the oldest part. And the surrounding area is easy to cycle in. And all that for €5, including electricity. You do have to pay with cash and leave a €50 deposit for the key, which you'll get back when you return the key to the Shell gas station.

Great place. Large parking lot with in the evening in a very friendly atmosphere the local youth driving around in cars (a la America 1950s), at night at least during the week very quiet. Places directly on a large lawn. 5 euros/night incl electricity, pay at Shell pump on the same square, gives you the key for (four) power boxes/toilet building, probably (not used myself) there are also water taps in there. Also a great pizzeria directly on the square.

almost no flat spots, sanitary facilities very good, no catering in the area to have a bite to eat too far to walk to Warburg, people nice and friendly. thought it was too expensive for an overnight stay including electricity (34.00) March 2025
