Wassersport & Campingverein Hagen

The price-performance ratio is excellent. Everything you need is there. We stayed for 8 days. Sure, you have to walk a bit to the toilet and shower, but that's fine. The permanent campers are very friendly too.

A bit of a strange campsite, with a limited number of pitches for transients. We were pitched right under an electricity pylon. The campsite mainly has permanent pitches with high fences everywhere; you can barely get to the water. Shower facilities are very limited and coin-operated. Payment is cash only, and check-out/departure is only between 10 and 11 am. The manager is very friendly, though, and there are beautiful walking and cycling opportunities in the surrounding area.

Great campsite by the lake. Very friendly hosts. Electricity is billed separately. Showers cost €1.
