Moselcampingplatz Rissbach

Long, narrow, neat campsite on the Moselle, but €65 (early September) per day with a dog and only 6 amps. Still, one of the more expensive campsites.

We were staying at a nearby motorhome park and went to eat at the campsite's restaurant. It was Sunday evening, quite busy. We had to wait well over an hour for our food (we were informed of this beforehand, which was fine). It was tasty. When settling the bill, there was no compensation whatsoever, just a 10% tip as a sort of gratuity. My objection was not accepted.

Pleasant place right on the Moselle. Welcoming and helpful reception. Pitches are not super spacious, but more than adequate. Sanitary facilities look fine. Traben-Trarbach is within walking distance. The only downside is the distance to the power points; a long extension cable is needed occasionally.
