We thought this was a great CP. Things are a bit more expensive in the Harz region anyway. The price was 20 euros per night. We had a problem with the parking token, and it was resolved very well. We found the lady who worked there friendly and understanding. We stayed for two nights and went on three beautiful hikes. You can get a hiking map at the nearby visitor center.
