If you like a unique but lonely place this is the right one. We stood alone and enjoyed the landscape and tranquility. The museum and the remains of the GDR border are very interesting. There are no facilities for campers.
Beautiful place and we ended up staying here for two nights. Places are marked with tree trunks and at Point Alpha you can pay for the night. The second night we stood for nothing because we also visited the museum. Point Alpha, the American camp and Haus auf der Grenze are the same ticket. Groceries can be picked up in Geisa. The location is not correct in the app; this should be: Hummelsberg, 36169 Rasdorf, Germany
