The location is very good, 5 minutes to downtown, hiking trails start right across the street. But the pitch itself is pretty horrible, mostly broken tar, weeds growing through, everything crooked and humped. This urgently needs to be renovated. Shouldn't be a problem at the price called here...
Loveless and unfunctional The disposal is hardly possible for large WoMo's due to sloping and garbage containers hinder the disposal. The whole SP area is sloping. TV reception not possible in many places (trees). instead of building a new reception, m.e. other investments/changes more important!!!
Simple asphalt pitch. V + E and electricity available. Short way to town. Very nice placekeeper. 10 € without electricity
