Camping Paleologio Mystras

Nice owner, but I don't give any stars because that's what I expect from every campsite and CP owner. €28 per night and €27 if you pay in cash. This is one of the most expensive we have encountered so far. The swimming pool has received at most some rainwater in recent years. Places are spacious but unkempt. Sanitary facilities dated and insufficiently clean. hot water only in the shower room. WiFi, internet connection is always out.

This was not our first choice when we visited Sparta and Mystras, but the other campsite was still closed. In former times it may have been a 5-star campsite, but it is completely in disrepair. Very poor maintenance, and to my surprise most of it still works. Sad to see how this has fallen into disrepair.

Everything is there, including a washing machine, which I did not use. The sanitary facilities are old and broken. It is cleaned, but not very well. It was quiet when we were there. Both Sparti and Mystras can be reached by bike.
