A huge campsite, but perfect. Beautiful hiking trails and excellent facilities. After many campsites in Iceland, this one deserves a crown! Beautiful, spacious pitches!

The current price is 2800 ISK per person. Electricity for 24 hours is 1500 ISK. Great campsite.

€40 for 2 people and a campervan. Showers, toilets, etc. are severely insufficient for the at least 200 campervans and cars with roof tents here. The site is enormous, so there's always space. Here too, according to the managers, tourism has gotten out of hand compared to the infrastructure. There are also beautiful hikes with views of the glaciers and the basalt blocks at Svartifoss.
