Galey Bay Caravan & Camping Park

Great site on the shore of Lough Ree. clean and modern toilets and showers and all facilities for a motorhome or campervan. Do not rely on Google maps though as it will take you down an unnecessary single track lane. it is accessible from the main road so follow the sign not Google.

Small, quiet campsite on Lough Ree. Toilets are fairly new, but unfortunately not cleaned much Showers dated, 1€ for 4 min We paid 50€ cash for 2 nights Cycled to Roscommon and cycled 40km inland

As others have said, lovely quiet campsite by the lake with helpful owners and good facilities. Only downside is a good bit of a tilt on some of the parking spots, and it’s maybe a little pricey for the remote location.
