A disappointing three-day stay that didn't match the description. Tidiness doesn't mean cleanliness, as the bathrooms weren't cleaned or the trash removed for three days. The location is close to the viaduct and the railway, whose noise is annoying for those arriving from the city. The staff were also very quiet. I didn't find the management particularly friendly.

Regarding the noise: you either have it or you don't; we weren't bothered by it at all. All the facilities are perfectly laid out. The atmosphere is great, and even in October, the pool is open. The owners are super friendly and helpful. Besides cycling to San Remo via the old railway line, a bike ride to Dolcedo and Valloria is also definitely worth it. We wanted to stay for two days and ended up staying six. For us, it's a great location!
