Camping Royal

A nice campsite 2km above one of the most beautiful lakes in Northern Italy. A steep descent/ascent of 2km to the shop or restaurant. The campsite gives an outdated impression. Sanitary facilities are clean but outdated. Many permanent, messy pitches. However, there are nice, spacious pitches. 2 stars due to the behavior and noise of the owner/employee. Shouting at each other, music playing until late, his dog not on a leash (mandatory). Not exemplary behavior and disruptive.

Great campsite, stayed here for 3 nights. Maybe not the most modern toilet block, but everything works. Very friendly campsite manager.

lovely campsite. great facilities. Only 5A electric supply, but very friendly. Quite lively at a weekend. lovely restaurant almost next door. mountain bike or hike to Monte Barrow is fantastic fun. steep walk to the lake via good footpath is recommended.
