Camping Jonio

Great campervan site. Good facilities, nice shower, excellent toilets, and everything nice and clean. A friendly welcome, and they also offered various Etna tours from there. We did this ourselves and took the bus to the center of Catania the day we arrived. On the way back, we took a Lime scooter, which you can leave in front of the campervan site gate.

Nice reception, by the sea, sanitary facilities fine only the waste bins in the toilets were overflowing. A lot of hair had collected in the mats in the shower. Nice that the waste was collected outside the campsite, in the parking lot. It was a mess. By bike to the center is easy to do on the bike path.

Campsite with some beautiful spots right by the sea. The restrooms are clean and good. We didn't try the restaurant. The downside is that the waste disposal is outside the campsite. 18.5.25
