Castello di Capannole

Lovely place to stay. Because we were upstairs due to a late arrival and had two dogs with us, it wasn't a pleasant stay. The owners' dogs and ours weren't a good match. The steep driveway up in the dark wasn't exactly pleasant either. Otherwise, the owners were friendly.

A warm welcome from the family with a glass of wine. The view was like something out of a magazine! Stephanie cooked a delicious meal using local ingredients and paired it with wine. We enjoyed a pleasant chat afterwards over a liqueur. It's a fantastic place with warm and loving attention to the guests and the food. A place to return to!

A gem in Tuscany! A lovely family where you immediately feel at home. We enjoyed a delicious lunch and dinner with lovely wine and liqueurs. A dip in the pool and then a nap. Your Italian dream comes true here. Stunning views. Lovely, hospitable people. Good food and drinks. Nothing is too much trouble. We even got a tour in their car through a village with a castle on typical Tuscan white roads. Highly recommended. We'll be back next year!
