Lovely spot for self-sufficient campers. Via the dirt track by the parking lot, you can walk to the historic center in about 5,000 steps!

The CP is within walking distance (20 minutes uphill) of Assisi's town center, or by bus (5 minutes). It has a "gorgeous view" of the old town! There's no service (so you have to be self-sufficient). It's just a gravel parking lot with space for 5 campers. Always open and free! Highly recommended!
