Very friendly owners who are happy to give good tips for excursions. The car is parked in the parking space in front of the garden. At night, access to the garden and the toilet is via an access code. The lovely garden and the common areas can be used by all guests. It's pleasantly quiet at night. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Indeed, highly recommended for Narni and the spectacular Marmore waterfalls, within cycling distance. What a friendly and hospitable owner, Frederico, and his wife; they speak minimal English, for which he kept apologizing. We enjoyed the lunch they prepared under the pergola of blooming jasmine. They run a B&B with 5 camper pitches as well. We had a private bathroom at our disposal, as we were the only camper.

Highly recommended for those wanting to explore the area. Narni (Narni Underground) and Terni (Marmore Waterfalls) are within cycling distance. Cycling along the Nera River (Nera Greenway) is also great. Very friendly welcome from owner Frederico and his family. Beautiful, flat, and quiet camper pitch with shower and toilet. Fair price and breakfast available.
