A very friendly welcome. We were parked right by the lake with a handful of campers. Very rustic. You can enjoy swimming and canoeing in the lake. In the evening, the moon illuminated the lake; silence except for the call of the owls. The poplars were in bloom and made it snow. We were there the last week of April with cold nights and a fresh breeze, and were not bothered by mosquitoes. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi were already open. The sanitary facilities are fine, with a hot shower.

We intended to stay one night, but ended up staying five: a beautiful spot on the lake, a quiet campsite, very friendly and helpful staff, a nice pool, good Wi-Fi, and plenty to do in the area, such as cycling around the lake. The initial impression is a bit chaotic, the bathrooms are dated, but clean! In short: highly recommended!

We spent another perfect five days here by the lake. The campsite was perfect, welcoming and friendly. Lovely pool and clean sanitary facilities. A bit dated, but we've been coming here for 10 years. Absolutely recommended, and we can't agree with the negative reviews.
