We give it 4 stars because we liked the place, even though it doesn't have electricity or water (it's just a parking lot, after all). It's 20 meters from the beach, about a 15-minute walk to Cape Kolka, and about a 30-minute walk to Kolka itself. It's busy on weekends, as some kitesurfers park there.

A beautiful camper place where we walked to the sea. Only the mosquitoes, flies and ants were a bit too much for us. We drove on
