Camping Le Relais de Marrakech

We stayed here for 3 nights and we think it is a neat campsite. Good showers, nice and warm, and a beautiful swimming pool. All-inclusive and with electricity for 130 mad. Staff very friendly. Taxi to Marrakech for 100 mad. Evening 150. There is some traffic noise, but the campsite can't do anything about that.

After 3 weeks of trekking through the fabulous nature of Morocco, we have arrived in Marrakech. A place never to return to. The city is a tourist anthill, and the campsite was a huge disappointment after all the positive comments. What really sealed the deal was that street races were being held right near the campsite. And not just any street races, but for 3 nights straight until 4 a.m. We didn't get a wink of sleep. Fortunately, we are back on the road now.

The campsite is a small oasis with friendly staff. However, the food was not okay. A piece of chicken with sauce from a packet and fries, both far too salty, was expensive for what you got. Also, it seemed like it was a daily special with dessert. The dessert had to be paid for extra. We would love to return to the campsite and hope they can improve the kitchen.
