Small city campsite in Emmeloord. Friendly welcome. Sanitary facilities are a bit dated but clean. Only two stars, though, because on an almost empty campsite we were assigned the worst spot imaginable. Next to the smelly wastewater drain for campers, opposite the rubbish, and with very little sun throughout the day. Additionally, a lot of noise from the adjacent motorway. No, this one is not in our top 3 of nicest campsites.

Nice campsite, super friendly managers, well-maintained sanitary facilities, and Emmeloord center a 10-minute walk away.

We had a wonderful weekend here, hospitable owners, beautiful spacious pitches, excellent sanitary facilities—in short, we will be back!
