Camperplaats Ompert

Spacious and very pleasant camper site. We were welcomed by an extremely friendly and helpful owner, who was working hard to make this young, now almost completed, site a top spot. Because we were lucky enough to be the 200th visitor, we were treated to a delicious pastry at an ice cream parlor in neighboring 's-Heerenberg! Highly recommended.

Great campervan site, starting off well. It's been a very wet period, but we were able to pitch nicely on a gravel path, one behind the other. (There were two campervans there for just one night.) Tip for the owner: choose a slightly larger gravel surface; it sticks to shoes too easily in wet weather. Received a very warm welcome!

Even when I arrived yesterday in the pouring rain, the camper site exuded a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It already looks beautiful, and if all the plans are put into action, it will be even better. A wonderful, friendly place with plenty to do nearby. This certainly won't be my last time here.
